How to use
It is used directly on the wound or on the bandage in contact with it. In the event of an infection, it is recommended to change the bandage daily
In the case of clean, uncontaminated wounds
It is applied with load-bearing dressings (non-woven fabric or sterile gauze) or directly on the wound and covered with oiled gauze or polyurethane foam. The process is repeated every 48 hours.
In case of slow contaminated wounds
It is applied with a carrier bandage (non-woven cloth or sterile gauze) or directly on the wound and then covered with an alginate bandage. The process is repeated every 48 hours because leaving it on longer than that may increase infection.
