The machine consists of three main sections: 1. Olive crushing and grinding. 2. The fermenter consists of a double-jacketed, temperature-controlled mixer with a pump to pump the ingredient to the juicer. 3. The juicer and the flavoring oil separation stage are made of food grade 304 chromium.
