Condensed Tamarind Juice (Four Seasons)

Since each fruit has its own season every year, and given the need for long-term storage of juices, the four seasons tended to condensed fruit juice storage, where water is completely extracted from the fruit by evaporation to produce juice that is condensed and preserves its original taste.
